I’ve practiced many meditation techniques through the years and the best tool I can recommend to anyone is Headspace.


Headspace is an app that you can download for free on your smartphone and enjoy right away. Its first series, Take 10, is free and remains free whether you choose to subscribe to it or not. Andy, the voice of Headspace, is an amazing teacher who has been featured on TED, in Esquire, on The BBC, in The New York Times, and in many other media. His guided meditations are simple, practical, and a pleasure to participate in.

This is the first style of meditation I’ve actually looked forward to and kept up with. So check it out in the app store or and enjoy!
